Transportation Assistance
Arranging transportation for residents to attend medical appointments, therapy sessions, job interviews, or other essential outings.
Crisis Intervention and Support
Offering crisis intervention services and support to residents during times of emotional distress, behavioral issues, or emergencies.
Family Support and Involvement
Engaging with residents’ families or guardians to provide updates on their progress, involve them in care planning, and offer support and guidance as needed.
